As variants of the virus spread, company health protection policies and staff management are vitally important once again. It is the employer’s responsibility to safeguard workers’ health, the company doctor collaborates with the employer and the company’s prevention and protection service primarily in the following areas: risk assessment; identification, implementation and improvements to anti-infection protocol measures and adherence; information and training on the risk of Covid-19 infection; and the review of risks posed to groups of workers with greater exposure to infection or those most vulnerable due to their age or underlying health conditions.
