An innovative suction filter for the core forming machine recently went into operation in our plant; it is a device designed with state-of-the-art features to optimize operations and reduce environmental impact.
With a capacity of 2300 nmc/h, the filter adopts sleeve technology and inverter management, ensuring precise and flexible airflow control. This not only improves the overall performance of the system, but also provides significant energy savings through the use of the latest generation of energy-efficient motor and fan.
A distinctive feature of this device is the presence of a triboelectric probe, which enables precise particle detection and optimized management of cleaning and maintenance operations. In addition, problem management and operation logic can be monitored and adjusted remotely, ensuring continuous control and immediate response to any operational challenges.
With the introduction of this new vacuum device, replacing an older filter, Fonderia di Castenedolo confirms its commitment to providing state-of-the-art solutions for a safer, cleaner and more efficient working environment.
