After several months of work, including the preparation of the installation site, the assembly of the various components, testing and commissioning, the new boring machine has officially become part of our production process.
The installation required careful planning and a structured approach involving several stages, from the construction of the foundation to the positioning of the column and machining head, followed by the assembly and inspection of all machine components.
The new boring machine expands our machining capabilities, featuring a worktable designed to handle workpieces up to 6,000 mm in length and a column capable of machining workpieces up to 4,500 mm in height.
This investment strengthens our production capabilities and enables us to take on increasingly complex machining operations with precision, efficiency and flexibility.
